Sadly, Stani, that may have been because I just read this message, having been at work all day. Maybe if I'd seen it earlier, I would have demanded Peter Siddle to shoulder arms to a straight one first ball of the day, but it wasn't to be. I have taken the advice of a mate and am telling myself cricket matches are all fixed and Pakistan would have won this had the script not already been written. West Indies the same.
